The basis on which this website and the free claim help are offered.

1. What is offered
Free help for health insurance policyholders in India in understanding insurer and TPA communications, preparing responses, organising claim correspondence and, where appropriate, preparing representations or grievance communications.
2. What is not offered
We do not make claims on your behalf, do not represent you before any insurer, TPA, hospital, ombudsman, forum or authority, do not give legal or medical advice, and do not guarantee any claim outcome.
3. No fees
No consultation fee, success fee, commission or percentage. Any voluntary contribution is separate and does not affect the assistance or its outcome.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give information that is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Read and approve anything before you send it, and check that every statement is accurate.
- Send communications to your insurer yourself, from your own email.
- Keep your own copies of your policy, claim and medical documents.
- Send only what the claim needs — never passwords, OTPs or PINs.
- Never alter, fabricate or misrepresent a document.
5. Help is voluntary and may be declined
We may decline or discontinue help in any matter at our discretion — including where a request falls outside health insurance claims in India, where the information appears inaccurate, or where we are asked to help present something we believe to be untrue. Neither side is obliged to continue.
6. Availability
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. There is no commitment to any response time or continued availability.
7. Content and templates
The text and design belong to ClaimSaathi unless stated otherwise. You may print or save pages for your own use in connection with your claim. Email templates are general starting points, not documents drafted for your claim — you are responsible for checking and adapting anything you send.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClaimSaathi and the persons operating it accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of this website or the help provided through it.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the version published here applies. They are governed by the laws of India, subject to any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
