An independent initiative
ClaimSaathi is an independent health insurance claim assistance initiative. It is not an insurance company, insurance intermediary, agent, broker, TPA, hospital, government authority, IRDAI, the Insurance Ombudsman, or a law firm. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them.
No guarantee of outcome
ClaimSaathi does not guarantee approval, settlement, payment, recovery, compensation or any particular outcome. Nothing said on this website or in any correspondence should be understood as a promise that a claim will be approved, that a deduction will be reversed, or that any amount will be received.
Claim decisions are made by the relevant insurer and by other competent authorities as applicable, under the policy contract and the applicable law. ClaimSaathi has no role in those decisions.
The claim remains yours
We do not make a claim on your behalf and do not act as your representative before any insurer, TPA, hospital, ombudsman, forum or authority. You communicate with your insurer directly, from your own email.
Anything prepared with our help is a draft for your consideration. Please read it, satisfy yourself that every statement is accurate, and approve it before sending. You are responsible for what you send.

Nothing here is legal advice, and no advocate–client or professional relationship is created. Where legal advice or representation is required, please consult a qualified professional. Nothing here is medical advice either — medical records are discussed only as claim documentation.
